2009 Raft Deckover Features a 4 inch channel sub frame, 2"x3" 3/16 angle main frame for the 10' models and 3"channel for the 12'model. the steel radials are 175x13" 6 ply and come with a with spoke wheel. the deck is kiln dried fir and is treated with our special formula of linseed oil, Behr oil stain, and exterior latex paint. The frame will include steel stakepockets for wood racks or plywood sides, steel loops for tying off, and all trailers come equiped with safety chains, D.O.T. lights, stickers, locking couplar and a 3"x3" square tube tounge with 10,000 lbs of tinsel strength. The rollers are neopreme boat type that are 12" long and we can mount 2 or 4 what ever you want. The roller bar is fixed, which is for the hardened rafter. Our SKY winch has a 20 foot seat belt webbing strap with a "D" ring hook and can be made at a 45degree angle to help in loading and enable your tailgate to be opened. The axles are 3500lb Dexter EZ-Lube with the outside grease zerks for daily, weekly, or yearly self lubrication. dexters are made in the USA and our #1 in Quality. We offer Torsion Axles, for independent suspension, (top of the line) and will meet every need as to weight even installing a 5200lb axle for the die hard wood hauler/rafters.
